Team Picture @ the Finish Line

We're almost to PTown! And the beer garden!

What a weekend its been! Van 1 took over for Van 2 @ about 4am last
night and did great, with some long runs in the early hours. Mike,
Lauren, Geoff, Nicole and Tom showed grit and speed for Tom handed off
Michelle for the first of the last legs for van 2. Rocking Rasta gear
and BeachHouse tshirts, we're off to the finish!

Back to Van 1

Everyone has finished their first leg and Mike is about to take off on
his second leg of the race. We're actually TOO early, and they're
holding us back by a little bit b/c they're worried about us being too
early for the exchanges along the rest of the course. If we had taken
off when Sue finished the lady threatened to dock us 2 HRS! Well
screw that. She wasn't super nice about either, but hey- they're
volunteers and we appreciate their help... So we will deal with it.
So Van #1 is back on the course, we're resting, and the adventure
continues into the night!

Mass Exodus- 1 Love, 2 Vans continue to cruise along!

I'll certainly slow us down but we're crusing! Brendan just climbed
hills of epic proportions and is passing people left and right. Our
ringer Melissa is up next and then me and Suzy Q!

We're tearing up the pavement! Bushy beat the Van to exchange 4!
Soon Van 2 will take off; P town here we come!

And... They're off!

You can watch the horse today in the derby, but the Cape Relay and our
team, Mass Exodus- 1 Love, 2 Vans, will be running all day and night
into sunday evening! Come watch and cheer us on. There's a link near

more at www.13relay.com. Mike is running now, we started about 15
mins ago, so good luck Mike and everyone else. See you in Ptown!
